7-day summer rentals. Saturday check-in/Check-out. Off-season mini-vacations available November 1-March 1 (typical rate $350 plus tax per night + $210 cleaning fee, minimum three nights, non-holidays).  Note: Cleaning fee included in weekly rentals.

Additional/optional Fees:

• 12.75% tax 

• Dog fee $95 + tax

• Sheets and towels: BYO or reserve for $160 + tax full set 12 bed sheet, $100 + tax for 17 sets of towels (pro-rated options for smaller occupancy)

 

Rental insurance is the responsibility of the guest.  Please consider purchasing insurance for hurricanes or other health emergencies.
