 FAMILY MEMORIES "We had such a great time and made so many fun family memories! There was so much to do in the area. Every family member from the youngest to the oldest had something fun to do and we all had a great time! Jorge and Susannah could not have been nicer!  FANTASTIC PLACE FOR THE FAMILY "We had a great time. Jorge and Susannah, the owners, are fantastic. Very quick to respond to all questions and made our stay very relaxing. Great communications!! The house is very nice and allowed all 13 of us to have space plus great family bonding times. We could cook and eat dinner together and walk to the beach. The volleyball and basketball areas were fun for the older kids plus the pirate playset for younger! |  40th ANNIVERSARY ​ "This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. It was in celebration of our 40th Anniversary. Accompanying us were our sons and their families, which included toddlers. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect location for such a gathering. There was plenty of space for each of the families to spread out and yet a spacious upstairs room for eating and time together. We would definitely stay at the Dolphin Inn again!" |

The property has so much to do with the hot tub, pool, basketball, volleyball and house activities our children were entertained the whole week. This property is also a short walk to the beach which was beautiful! Jorge and his wife are both very kind individuals and are very helpful providing suggestions to make our week perfect." |

After a run on the beach at 6 AM, we came back to make an incredible breakfast with their well stocked kitchen for our friends. An added bonus was that our friends were not earlier risers but the multiple levels of the house allowed them to sleep like babies. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and it was super easy to get back and forth..." |
 FUN FAMILY TRIP. "We had so much fun on a family trip in Oct. We have rented places before and one of the gripes I always had was the cleanliness. This place was very clean which was an immediate plus. It had everything you need to just settle right in. Movies galore and games meant more family fun. Pool/tub were the kids fave and also the adults. And there was nothing like sitting on balcony having morning coffee. Jorge & Susannah checked in to make sure everything was in order." |  |
